for machine-side descaling.

APPLIANCE ROUTINES
Pick the appliance and follow that routine.
The dose and rinse step change by appliance. Open the one you need and follow it through fully.
COFFEE MACHINE
Coffee Machine
1 SACHET (25G)
Best for scale in brew paths, heating circuits, and low-flow coffee machine routines.
- 1Empty the machine and remove any coffee grounds or pods.
- 2Dissolve 1 sachet in the water tank and run the descale route or one full brew cycle.
- 3Discard the solution fully.
- 4Run 2 to 3 full plain-water cycles before brewing coffee again.
FREQUENCY: Every 1 to 3 months, depending on your water hardness and brew volume.
Always finish the full rinse cycles before the next coffee.
DISHWASHER
Dishwasher
2 SACHETS (50G)
Best for internal scale, blocked spray performance, and white hard-water film.
- 1Keep the dishwasher completely empty.
- 2Add 2 sachets directly to the empty drum.
- 3Run the hottest cycle available.
- 4Run one plain rinse cycle before loading dishes again.
FREQUENCY: Monthly in hard-water zones. Every 6 to 8 weeks in lighter water.
Use only in an empty dishwasher.
SHOWERHEAD
Showerhead
1 SACHET IN WARM WATER
Best for blocked nozzles, lower pressure, and visible outlet scale.
- 1Detach the showerhead if possible.
- 2Dissolve 1 sachet in a bowl or bag of warm water.
- 3Soak the showerhead for around 30 minutes.
- 4Rinse thoroughly and brush out loosened scale if needed.
FREQUENCY: Every 1 to 2 months in high-TDS homes, or whenever flow starts dropping.
