Every OrangeDemon product is backed by a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If the product does not work as described, or arrives damaged, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
You may return a product if: (a) it arrived damaged or leaking, (b) it is defective or does not perform as described on the product page, or (c) you received the wrong item. Opened sachets that have been fully used are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Email support@orangedemon.in within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. Attach a photo if the product arrived damaged. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not ship the product back before receiving our confirmation.
For eligible returns, we arrange a free pickup. You do not pay for return shipping. We use the same courier network used for delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we process the refund to your original payment method. Razorpay refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. UPI refunds are usually faster (1–3 business days).
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@orangedemon.in or WhatsApping us. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — but you may return it after delivery under this policy.
If you purchased DescaleX on Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho, please use the return process on that platform directly. This policy applies only to orders placed directly on orangedemon.in.
