If a direct website order arrives damaged, incorrect, materially different from what was described, or genuinely ineffective after correct use, OrangeDemon will review the case and handle the appropriate refund, replacement, or support resolution as fairly and quickly as possible.

If any OrangeDemon product is ineffective after being used according to its published instructions, we will review the case, accept the opened box or opened sachet pack where needed, and refund eligible direct website orders.

To keep this fair, support may ask for the order ID, appliance or surface details, photos or video, the batch/pack photo, and a short note on how the product was used. The promise does not cover incompatible use, skipped rinse or dosage instructions, marketplace orders, or damage caused by using a product outside its stated appliance/surface scope.

Eligible return situations

  • +Package arrived damaged or leaking
  • +Website order does not match the product delivered
  • +Defect or issue consistent with the product not performing as described
  • +Product ineffective after correct use, including an opened box or opened sachet pack, when support can verify the case

Usually not eligible

  • xMarketplace orders that were placed on Amazon, Flipkart, or other third-party platforms
  • xUsed product with no clear defect or evidence of incorrect delivery
  • xDamage caused by ignoring the instructions, exclusions, or incompatible-use warnings
  • xRequests raised outside the stated return window without an exceptional support reason

How the return flow works

1. Write to support

Email support@orangedemon.in with the order ID, the issue, and any useful photo or video evidence. A simple explanation is enough as long as we can understand what went wrong.

2. Wait for return confirmation

Do not ship the parcel back before confirmation. OrangeDemon reviews the case first and confirms whether pickup, replacement, refund, or troubleshooting is the right path.

3. Pickup or verification happens

For approved cases, we may arrange a return pickup or may resolve the issue based on evidence if pickup is unnecessary. This depends on the nature of the product problem.

4. Refund is processed

Once the return or verification is complete, OrangeDemon initiates the refund. Bank and processor timing may vary, but we aim to process it quickly once the case is confirmed.

Returns FAQ

Can I cancel an order after payment?+

Yes, if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once it has shipped, the correct path is a return request after delivery if the order qualifies under policy.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?+

No, not for approved direct website returns. OrangeDemon arranges the pickup or return flow for valid cases.

Does this policy apply to Amazon or Flipkart purchases?+

No. Orders placed on a marketplace need to follow that marketplace's own return flow. This page applies to direct website purchases on orangedemon.in.

What if the product issue is really a usage issue?+

Support may first help verify whether the issue comes from the product, the appliance condition, or an instruction mismatch. If basic troubleshooting can resolve the issue faster, we may recommend that first.
