If a direct website order arrives damaged, incorrect, materially different from what was described, or genuinely ineffective after correct use, OrangeDemon will review the case and handle the appropriate refund, replacement, or support resolution as fairly and quickly as possible.
NO WORK, MONEY BACK
If any OrangeDemon product is ineffective after being used according to its published instructions, we will review the case, accept the opened box or opened sachet pack where needed, and refund eligible direct website orders.
To keep this fair, support may ask for the order ID, appliance or surface details, photos or video, the batch/pack photo, and a short note on how the product was used. The promise does not cover incompatible use, skipped rinse or dosage instructions, marketplace orders, or damage caused by using a product outside its stated appliance/surface scope.
