Most direct orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1-2 business days. Peak sale periods, public holidays, or operational exceptions can stretch that slightly.
Metro deliveries are usually faster. Tier 2, Tier 3, and remote-service locations can take longer because the courier network itself is slower there.
Once dispatched, a tracking reference should be available. If the shipment stalls or looks unusual, support can investigate using the order ID and tracking details.
OrangeDemon ships to serviceable Indian PIN codes. If your area can't be reached after your order is placed, we will contact you and refund immediately.
Delivery timing can shift due to regional weather, public holidays, operational bottlenecks, remote-route routing, or courier backlog. Actual transit time depends on the courier network serving that route.
If a shipment is delayed unusually or the tracking status looks incorrect, the right next step is to contact support with the order ID so OrangeDemon can escalate it through the courier network.
