Orders above ₹199 ship free across India. Orders below ₹199 carry a flat ₹49 shipping charge. The shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) typically receive orders within 3–4 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take up to 6 business days.
We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 1 business day of your order and process a full refund.
We use Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other established courier networks to fulfil orders. The courier partner is selected based on your PIN code for fastest delivery.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also WhatsApp us your order ID to get a tracking update.
Delivery timelines may be affected during public holidays, natural calamities, or courier network disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, email support@orangedemon.in with your order ID and we will investigate.
