OrangeDemon collects the information needed to operate an ecommerce store and answer customer requests. We do not sell customer data. Payment credentials are handled by payment processors, not stored directly by OrangeDemon. Analytics is optional and tied to consent. Support or order data may be retained where operationally or legally necessary.
What personal data OrangeDemon collects
When you place an order, contact us, or use parts of the website, OrangeDemon may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order details, and any message you voluntarily send us. We also collect limited technical data such as browser type, approximate device information, and site usage behavior through analytics tools when analytics consent is granted.
What we use the data for
We use customer data to accept orders, confirm payment, arrange shipping, send tracking updates, respond to support questions, process returns or refunds, and maintain records required for accounting and tax compliance. We may also use aggregate behavior data to understand which pages work, which pages fail, and where customers drop off in the buying process.
Payment and order processing
Payments are processed by external payment infrastructure such as Razorpay. OrangeDemon does not store your card number, UPI PIN, or other sensitive banking credentials. We receive only the transaction details necessary to confirm that an order was successfully paid, failed, refunded, or canceled.
Fulfillment, delivery, and service partners
To fulfill website orders, OrangeDemon shares only the necessary order data with shipping and fulfillment partners. That typically includes the recipient name, delivery address, contact number, and shipment reference. These vendors receive the minimum information needed to deliver the parcel or troubleshoot delivery failure.
Analytics and cookies
OrangeDemon uses a first-party cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you explicitly allow analytics, the site may load Google Analytics and related measurement tools in anonymized or aggregate form. If you reject analytics, those optional third-party measurement scripts should stay off unless you later opt in. Analytics is used to improve the website, not to build advertising profiles for resale.
Support messages and email communication
If you email us or submit a message through the contact form, we store the information needed to answer the request and maintain a support trail. We do not treat a support message as permission to add you to unrelated promotional mailing lists.
How long data is retained
Operational data is retained for as long as reasonably required to run the order, support, and refund process. Records that must be preserved for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be kept longer. When data is no longer operationally or legally required, it should be deleted or reduced.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or accounting obligations that require OrangeDemon to retain certain records. Data sharing and non-sale commitment
OrangeDemon does not sell customer personal data to third parties. We share data only where it is required to run payments, shipping, order communications, analytics you have consented to, or essential operational services. If a vendor is no longer needed, that access should no longer continue.

Does OrangeDemon store my payment details?+
No. Payment credentials are handled by the payment processor. OrangeDemon sees transaction status and order references, not your full banking credentials.
Will OrangeDemon use my order data for marketing without asking?+
No. Order data is used to fulfill and support the order. Marketing use should require its own clear consent path.
Can I ask OrangeDemon to delete my data?+
Yes, subject to any statutory record-keeping obligations that still apply. The right way to do that is to email the privacy contact with enough information for us to identify the relevant record safely.
What happens if I reject analytics cookies?+
The core site should still work, and optional analytics or measurement scripts should remain off unless you later opt in. Necessary site functions such as cart, checkout, and order handling are separate from optional measurement.
