WHAT THIS PAGE COVERS
Dose.
Contact time.
Full rinse.
APPLIANCE ROUTINES
The appliance changes the contact time and rinse sequence. That is what keeps the Bio route simple and safe to repeat.
ELECTRIC KETTLE
1 SACHET IN WARM WATER
Clears the white crust that slows boiling and leaves flakes behind.
FREQUENCY: Every 4 to 8 weeks in hard-water homes.
Bio is the right route for kettles because it stays food-grade and skips corrosion inhibitors.
BOTTLE WARMER
1 SACHET PER DESCALE
Removes mineral film from the chamber without leaving a harsh post-rinse smell.
FREQUENCY: Monthly where TDS is 400+ ppm.
Always rinse fully before using with feeding accessories or drinking-water equipment.
TEA MAKER / DRIP FILTER
1 SACHET PER CYCLE
Helps restore flow and keeps mineral taste from building into repeated brew cycles.
FREQUENCY: Every 1 to 2 months depending on TDS and usage.
Use DescaleX instead if the machine has brass-heavy espresso internals.
NEED THE OTHER PRODUCT?
Use DescaleX for espresso machines, coffee machines, dishwashers, and showerheads. Keep Bio on kettles and food-contact appliances.
FINAL WARNINGS
Do not use on espresso machines with brass internals - use DescaleX instead (BTA-protected).
Empty appliance only. Rinse fully with fresh water before next use.
Use gloves and keep the sachets dry until use.
If you are unsure which DescaleX route applies to your appliance, ask before guessing.
